Himalayan Organization for Organic Agri-Product Research & Development (HIMOARD) greets you in its thriving world of Organic Fruit Vegetables, Organic Dried Fruit, Aromatic Medicinal Plants, etc. We are primarily engaged in the promotion of organic farming in the state of Himachal Pradesh with an objective to ameliorate economic status of small and marginal farmers, which constitute 90% of the total farmers of the state. Our main approach and persuasion of farmers has been to do away with the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides and all other related synthetic inputs with the emphasis on replenishing the soil fertility and protection of environment by use of organic inputs like cow-dung, cow-urine, local herbs (Decoctions), Bio-fertilizers and Bio-pesticides resulting in increase of bio-agents, which help in fixation of Nitrogen and availability of Phosphorus and Potash. Our approach has assisted us in standing among the key Aromatic Medicinal Plants Manufacturers and Suppliers.

Our efforts have paid dividends to the farmers so that they can protect the environment, health of the society and chemical free products to the consumers. The best part of our efforts is that we have been able to obtain optimum yield and add value to our products in consumer market. We also have groups of farmers to participate in India Organic International Trade Fare from 2005 till date and to offer marketing platform to our registered growers. It is worth mentioning here that the organic produce got value addition as compared to conventional produce, attracting larger participation of farmers in promotion of organic farming.
